Youth for Understanding, one of the world’s oldest and most respected high school exchange student programs, can make that happen!
With over 300 students left to choose from for this upcoming school year, we do our best to match you with the right student for your family. You provide a bed in a bedroom, three meals per day and basic household necessities. Most importantly, you provide them with the love and guidance of a family, and they will be a member of your family forever!
Students come with their own health insurance and spending money, so you don’t have to worry about expenses such as cell phones, sports fees or outings with friends.
Families are assigned a trained volunteer, orientations and 24/7 emergency support.
