Social Saturdays with Taste of Cincinnati

Taste of Cincinnati, the nation’s longest running free culinary arts festival, is announcing Social Saturdays with Taste of Cincinnati.

Social Saturdays encourages all to enjoy virtual dining, demos and dashing through a weekly food-inspired theme.

This week’s Social Saturdays theme is “Dial Mmm for Burger,” featuring our region’s favorite burger joints, April 18.

“The time to help our local eateries, drinkeries and artists is right now,” said Cynthia Oxley, director of Social Saturdays with Taste of Cincinnati. Social Saturdays with Taste of Cincinnati is a fun and delicious way for all of us to gather online and through social media to celebrate restaurants, bars, breweries and musicians across the Cincinnati region.”

Here’s how you can enjoy Social Saturdays with Taste of Cincinnati:

  • Order carry out, drive thru and delivery from favorite restaurants with an emphasis on the Social Saturdays’ theme. Need a new fave? Check Taste of Cincinnati’s list of themed suggestions at virtual.tasteofcincinnati.com.
  • Enjoy themed cooking demos with local chefs, experts and celebrities, live local musicians and brewery talks every half hour, 12-8 pm at virtual.tasteofcincinnati.com and facebook.com/TasteofCincinnati.

Taste of Cincinnati, presented by Kroger, is scheduled to return to Fifth Street in Downtown Cincinnati, July 3-5. The culinary arts festival is traditionally held on Memorial Day weekend. The postponement is due to measures in place to stop the spread of COVID-19. Taste of Cincinnati is free and open to the public.
