It’s Fireworks Friday at Great American Ball Park! Stay after the game for fireworks and fun!

Lunken Airport Days

Sat., Sept. 3-Sun., Sept. 4
It’s a bird… it’s a plane — no, it’s a whole fleet of planes! Get up close to jets, warbirds, sport airplanes… even sit in select aircraft! Talk to pilots, mechanics, and air traffic controllers! Visit with flying and aircraft mechanic schools! Free hot dogs, snacks and drinks!

Straussing Out

Sat., Sept. 3 at 7:30 p.m. at Devou Park
The Kentucky Symphony Orchestra presents the grand finale to the 2016 Summer Series — and they’re going out with a masterpiece of musical melee! The KSO is going all out to celebrate in Viennese style too — with all things Strauss. “All things” actually includes a Tom & Jerry Cartoon, Children’s Chorus, and a musical Saw! Bring blanket or lawn chair. Free!

WEBN Fireworks

Sun., Sept 4 at Sawyer Point
This year marks the 40th anniversary of this pyrotechnic performance! Head to Sawyer Point during the day for fun — fireworks start at 9:05 p.m.

Labor Day at Stricker’s Grove

Mon., Sept. 5 from 1-8 p.m.
This old-fashioned theme park is guaranteed family fun! Cost is $12.50 per person (kids 2 and under are free) and includes: all rides, roller coasters, unlimited soft drinks and parking. Rides open from 1 – 4 p.m. and 5 – 8 p.m.
