Halloween is this Thursday, and all Cincinnati suburbs have scheduled trick-or-treat times accordingly. (Don’t know when your neighborhood trick or treat is? Right now, the forecast is calling for rainy and chilly conditions — similar to last year, when many suburbs actually changed trick or treat times. As of this morning (10/29), Cincinnati’s trick or treat times had not been changed.
