Summer’s just around the corner, and everyone wants to be outside! And for Cincinnati parents and kids, the city is one big outdoor gym. From yoga to zumba, CrossFit to cross training, we’ve rounded up Cincinnati’s best options for free outdoor workout classes.

Yoga in the Park with TriYoga – Mondays in June @ 6 pm at Piatt Park
Barre on the Bridge – Sat, June 22 at 8:30 am or 10 am on the Purple People Bridge
Classes include Zumba, boot camp, cardio blast and high intensity interval training. Classes are FREE; however a Great Parks Vehicle Permit is required.
Outdoor Fitness Series – Tuesdays @ 7 pm from June 4-Aug 27 at Winton Woods Harbor
Participants must be 12 years of age or older and sign a waiver at their first class. Registration is not required, but space is limited. Bring your own yoga mat and a towel or blanket. Beginners welcome!

Bring your mini-yogis to the park for FREE children’s yoga classes with The Yoga Bar in the South End of the Park! Flow your own mat, or use one of our provided mats every week. Mats are first-come, first-serve. Youngster Yoga occurs every Tuesday from 11-11:30 am.
P&G Workouts on the Green – Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 6-8:30 pm

Weekend Workout – Saturdays @ 9 am
Washington Park’s summer Weekend Workout offers a variety of FREE, rotating fitness classes led by licensed Central Parkway YMCA instructors 9-10 am on Saturdays. All skill-levels welcome, no experience needed.
All classes led by licensed, trained instructors. Workouts take place on the great lawn above the parking garage.
