If you were a child during the ‘80s and ‘90s, you know all about Discovery Zone. Happily, for all Cincinnati parents of the ’80s and ’90s, a brand new Discovery Zone just opened in Cincinnati!
Discovery Zone, an indoor playground, opened today inside EastGate Mall. The area features an arcade with prizes, toddler area, giant playscape with slides and obstacle-type areas and seating area for parents to watch over their kids.
If you’re too young to have explored Discovery Zone’s games, elaborate mazes and playing structures, these centers served as large entertainment areas for young children in the ’80s and ’90s. In 1999, the brand disappeared and Chuck E. Cheese took the crown and indoor playscape king.
