WIC is a nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and supplemental food program for Women, Infants, and Children. WIC’s mission is to improve nutrition during critical stages of growth and development. Every 3 months participants receive food benefits that are loaded onto a WIC Nutrition Card, which is used at grocery stores.
