Appalachian Festival at Coney Island
The Appalachian Festival is one of Cincinnati’s most popular annual festivals, drawing approximately 10,000 people over the three-day event each Mother’s Day weekend. An additional 1,500 school children take part in “Education Day” on the first day of the festival.
Mother’s Day Special at LM&M Railroad
Experience a historic train ride on the Lebanon Mason Monroe Railroad. You will travel through the country side of Warren County in Southwestern, Ohio. During your ride you can listen to our informative passenger conductors describe railroad history and operations. All Mothers and Grandmothers ride FREE on May 14 and will recieve a special gift from the LM&M Railroad. Choose from rides at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Make a Monet for Mama!
Spend Mother’s Day at Blue Manatee! Kids will create a beautiful artwork based on artist Claude Monet — gain inspiration from stories about the artist, then make beautiful waterlilies to give to mom or a special grownup! Cost is $6 per child ages 3 and up. Registration required, as space is limited — please call 513-731-2665 to register!
Mother’s Day Brunch in the Park
Bring mom out for the perfect brunch! Celebrate her with family and friends as you enjoy a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet. Advanced ticket purchase is required. Brunch happens on Mother’s Day (May 14th) and is $18.35 for adults, $8.75 for kids ages 2-12, plus tax, and free for children under 2.
