The show
Never been to a CSO concert? No problem – this program is great for newcomers! Enjoy Ravel’s wheeling La Valse, a whirling dervish of a waltz. The drama and delight continue with Ravel’s jazzy Piano Concerto in G Major, as well as scenes from Stravinsky’s ballet The Fairy’s Kiss (based on Hans Christian Anderson’s tale The Ice Maiden), all played to perfection by the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.

If you haven’t been to Music Hall since its reopening last October, you really need to check it out. The space literally dazzles with beauty, and its intricate architecture and lush design make the perfect date-night location.
In fact, you can have the full date night experience at Music Hall; before the concert on Friday, Feb. 16, patrons can grab a bite to eat at one of the local food trucks on Elm St – and bring their fare into the new audience lounge in the Grand Foyer!
