Ready or not, it’s almost time for all the weekend festivities of the Flying Pig! There truly is something for everyone, from piglet runs for youngsters to short races like the 5k and 10k races, to the longer events, including the marathon relay, half marathon and full marathon. There’s even a Flying Fur event for dog lovers!
Needless to say, there will be a LOT of people downtown this weekend so plan accordingly. The weekend’s festivities begin Friday midday with the fitness expo and packet pick-ups.
Whether you’re a participant, volunteer or spectator, it’s a great weekend to experience the cheering crowds, community support and camaraderie that only the flying pigs can bring!
