Community Integrated Training and Education (CITE) is one of many innovative service programs offered by Envision for residents in Clermont and Hamilton County. CITE educators deliver tailor-made intervention plan development, behavior support, parent coaching and custom tools.
The consulting contract is tied to a specific objective, such as correcting a particular behavior or achieving a skill set. CITE educators typically work with the family one hour per week in their home. For more intensive goals, like quick-progress toilet training, the educators may be at the house five days in a row for eight hours a day. Families return for services for help in achieving milestones throughout the life of the child. Unique in the tri-state area, the program is free to any person ages 3-22 eligible through Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services.
