Shalom Family

Shalom Family is committed to helping families in the Greater Cincinnati Jewish community get connected to each other and to Jewish life – on their own terms – in whatever way feels comfortable to them.  So, whether you’re an expectant parent, the parent of a tween, a teen, or any age in-between, Shalom Family is one of the best ways to tap into all the up-to-the-minute resources, information, activities and events in the Jewish community geared specifically for families just like yours! Shalom Family is an initiative of The Mayerson Foundation.

Special Connections

Parents and siblings of children with special needs often gain strength by networking with others and realizing they are not alone. It is empowering to share your questions, frustrations, tears and celebrations with those facing similar challenges. Ask questions and share suggestions with others caring for a child with special healthcare needs. Provided by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Join Special Connections or find a condition specific group!

The Suburban Cincinnati CHADD chapter has been serving the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton areas since the fall of 1993.  A uniqure feature of our chapter is our extensive lending library which allows members to check out books on vairous topics of interests related to ADHD. Meetings are held at The First Baptist Church of Mason.
