The Suburban Cincinnati CHADD chapter has been serving the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton areas since the fall of 1993. A uniqure feature of our chapter is our extensive lending library which allows members to check out books on vairous topics of interests related to ADHD. Meetings are held at The First Baptist Church of Mason.
As part of The Mommies Network, CincinnatiMommies.com is a free community for moms in Cincinnati and surrounding areas in Kentucky, Indiana, and, Ohio. We realize that all moms need local support — and who can’t use another friend? CincinnatiMommies.com offers a simple way to connect with local moms for friendship, support and fun. Members meet on our private discussion forums to share information on everything from where to get the best haircut to tips on transitioning to a “big kid” bed. Over the years, CHEC has grown to encompass a number of like-minded, geographically-based support groups located throughout the greater Cincinnati area. Through these individual groups, as well as through the cooperative efforts between the groups, CHEC offers a wide range of support, encouragement, and activities to the Christian home-educating community in the Cincinnati area, benefiting both experienced home educators as well as those just beginning to investigate home education as a viable option for their family.
We are a group of moms on the east side of Cincinnati who have fun and support each other. We offer playgroups, moms’-nights-out, kids’ activities, a support network, and more! We are an inclusive group including many stay-at-home moms and also many who work from home, work part-time, or are employed full-time – You name it! Our children cover a range of ages. We also welcome dads, nannies, grandparents, babysitters, and others who raise children. We hope you will check us out!
The purpose of EHMOTC is to support expectant, new and experienced mothers of multiples through education, resources, charity and fellowship.
MOMS (Moms Offering Moms Support) Club is an international organization of support groups for mothers who have chosen to stay at home and raise their children. Our members include mothers of all ages, with children of all ages, and even some mothers who work outside of their homes.
Fortunately, Cancer Support Community and Cancer Family Care have teamed up to offer Walking the Dinosaur for children ages 5-18 and their parents or guardians. This program is offered quarterly, with age appropriate groups for children, and a companion group for their adult caregivers.
