From the Cincinnati Museum Center’s Brickopolis to Coney Island’s Holiday Nights of Lights, there are many time-honored holiday traditions starting this weekend in Cincinnati. So start the season early and enjoy some festive fun with your family!

Holiday Junction featuring Brickopolis
Nov. 10-Dec. 31 at the Cincinnati Museum Center
Holiday Junction featuring Brickopolis will include a blizzard of bricks crafted into custom LEGO creations. From floor to ceiling, 1,800 square feet of LEGO landscapes will feature motorized trains, whimsical scenes with local flavor and a merry amount of surprises tucked into every pip of their environment. In addition, train displays, the kid-sized train and the arrival of Santa on November 24th make this event a must for Cincinnati families.

Greater Cincinnati Holiday Market
Nov. 10-12 at the Duke Energy Convention Center
Get a jump on your holiday shopping! The Greater Cincinnati Holiday Market features 350+ one-of-a-kind boutiques and specialty stores. Choose from an unparalleled selection of home décor, specialty clothing and one-of-a-kind treasures, plus gourmet food from the Cincy Specialty Food & Treats Show.

Christmas Nights of Lights
Nov. 10-Jan. 1, 2018
This family-friendly event features a 2-mile car ride through Christmas displays and light shows consisting of over a million LED lights, driven by more than ten thousand computer channels. Visitors of all ages will be awed by the larger than life trees, glowing snowflakes, dancing candy canes and fantastic tunnels of lights! In the warmth of your own car, you can sing along to the sounds of the season synchronized to each holiday display. The show will begin nightly at dusk and run through 10 p.m. Christmas Nights of Lights will be open every night including holidays. {PS: All veterans/active military get in free this weekend!}

Christmas at the Junction
Nov. 11-Dec. 31 at Entertrainment Junction
Create a holiday tradition for your family! See the magic of Christmas at the home of the World’s Largest Indoor Train Display. Take a “Journey to the North Pole” where you can can meet Mrs. Claus and Santa himself.

Thanksgiving on the Frontier
Nov. 11 from 2-5 pm at Shawnee Lookout/Historic Log Cabin
Think we’d have a list that didn’t include Thanksgiving? No way! This holiday is absolutely part of the “holiday season” in Cincinnati — and this weekend’s Thanksgiving on the Frontier event is one of the many fabulous FREE holiday happenings in Cincy! The Society of Northwest Longhunters reenactors will portray Shawnee Native Americans, early European settlers and military personnel. Exchanges between Native Americans and settlers will occur at 2:30, 3:30 & 4:30 pm.
