YMCA of Greater Cincinnati
YMCA of Greater Cincinnati school-age child care programs offer continuous care during school breaks, including snow days and Winter Break. In addition to our usual before-school and after-school activities that encourage academic enrichment, building self-esteem, physical activity, and more, YMCA of Greater Cincinnati School Breaks and Snow Days programs give parents peace of mind that their child is well cared for in a safe, nurturing environment.
Bear Paddle Winter Camps
Bear Paddle’s Swim Camps are offered for beginner swimmers, all the way up to competitive swimmers seasonally throughout the year! What’s great about Swim Camps are they keep kids active during cold weather, keep them building momentum, and prepare them for summer water activities. Swim Camps will allow your swimmer to progress faster in a shorter amount of time. Bear Paddle’s Winter Swim Camp will run for four days (Dec. 26-29) and the cost is $90. The first 25 students to register will receive a free Bear Paddle winter hat! Bear Paddle charges a $15 camp enrollment fee for all families.
Kids First Sports Center
Sign up for Holiday Camp A-Palooza! From December 21-22, 26-29 and January 2-5, kids will enjoy a new holiday theme each day of camp. They will love all the entertainment, sports and activities each day.
Register today for Winter Camp. This three-day long camp is for 4 year-olds through 6th graders and is offered during the last week in December. Winter Camp is three full days of camp and is the perfect activity for kids cooped up during winter break. Dates: December 27-December 29, 9 am-4 pm Cost: members: $175/ non-members: $190.
Game On Fitness
Register at gameonfitness.org now for Holiday Teen Fitness Camp! Your teen can enroll in regularly scheduled weekly classes. During their break, let them celebrate the gift of wellness. Purchase a Multi-Class Pass or Drop-In Pass.
Cincinnati Sports Club
For children ages 3-12, enjoy holiday camps with tons of physical activity and exercise for your child through games, sports, swimming, and exciting challenges. With different theme days, the holiday camps and costs vary per membership and time. Register here.
University of Cincinnati
Rec Kids Winter Break Camp is from December 18-22. This special Winter Wonderland camp will include indoor swimming, climbing, games, sports, arts and crafts, and much more! Cost: members: $175/child and non-members: $205/child.
Sur la Table
For five fun-filled days (12/18-22 & 12/26-29), kids and teens will enjoy working alongside classmates learning to make a variety of dishes from around the world. They will learn the fundamentals such as basic knife skills, reading recipes and the importance of kitchen safety. Costs vary depending on classes ($100-$150). See full schedule here.
Tuesday through Friday, December 26-29; January 2-5, 9:30 am-3:30 pm, J Member: $48, public $58. Bring the kids for a fun day of swimming, sports, arts & crafts, and more! Pack a lunch, drink, swimsuit, towel and warm clothes during colder months.
The Art Spark
From December 22 and 26-29, Winter Camps at The Art Spark are a special opportunity for your child to explore, create, brainstorm, and build during their winter break! Each day offers a fresh new camp, with a different theme to stimulate imagination and foster your child’s development. Camp is for children ages 3-9 and costs vary per (half) day, per child.
Your child will enjoy Winter Break Day Camps by Cincinnati Parks from December 20-22 and 29. The camps run each day from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm; and for children in grades Kindergarten – 3rd. The fee is $30 per child/per camp.
Children ages 7-13 can enjoy climbing from December 18-22 and 26-29 from 9 am-noon. Camp includes lots of climbing, games, crafts and other activities. Advance registration required. You can register by phone 513-733-0123, or in person. Cost is $25/day.
Cincinnati Museum Center
From December 18-22 and 27-29, your child will explore science, technology, history and the arts through creative activities and games at Cincinnati Museum Center’s fun and educational Museum Camps. Museum Camps run from 9 am to 4 pm; and there is before and after care available. The cost is $45 per day for members $50 per day for non-members.
Holiday Lazer Camp will be held from December 27-28. Register by December 20 for $69 for your child to have lots of fun over the holidays. This day camp runs 10a m-3 pm each day.
Elite Baseball Holiday Camp
From December 27-28, ages 7-12. Two sessions per day (morning and afternoon). Special holiday camp for players looking to learn fundamental of the game and develop their skills!
